Prospects

      Treat each one as if they were a life long customer.  Hopefully they will be.

      Educate each one on all types of insurance that is offered by our agency.  If they choose not to become our customer, we should make sure that they understand what types and levels of coverage they should have.

      Never try to sell more products than are needed.

Customers

      Annually, at a minimum, offer to perform a Farmers Friendly Review.  Their insurance requirements need to be kept up to date with changes in their life.

      Their problems are our problems.  Work diligently for solutions.

      Always go above and beyond the call of duty.

Business
      Treat everyone with respect as if they were royalty.
      Accept responsibility for mistakes and learn from them.
      Lying is never acceptable or tolerated.

Community (Three T’s)
      Give as much time as is possible to the community to make it a better place to work and live.
      Use our talents to help those individuals that are receptive to learn.
      Offer our treasures to those organizations with similar beliefs.

We will review your insurance and make recommendations so that you have the proper amount of coverage.  We want to make sure that if you have a loss, you are fully covered and that there are no surprises.
